August 29th, 2017

Solve stage 2015 2 1

solve_stage_2015_2 (1)We're excited to announce that our submission to the MIT Solve Challenge has been selected as a finalist from 953 total entries! Our solution, which is among the 19 others that target the "Youth, Skills, and the Workforce of the Future" challenge, will focus on providing local youth in Fiji, Vanuatu, and the Cook Islands with training in capturing aerial and marine imagery using drones, and applying the data to gain new insight in conservation and development projects. The trainings and projects will be hosted at our new South Pacific Flying Labs.

Want to help support local youth in the South Pacific? Then help us win the Solve Community Award by voting for WeRobotics! You can read more about the South Pacific Flying Labs proposal and help support the initiative through voting on our solution website here: South Pacific Flying Labs

A big thanks for your support us as we prepare to pitch our solution to the judges and community at the Solve Challenge Finals in New York City on September 17.
