Uyangaa Munkhbat
M&E
Uyangaa Munkhbat is the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Lead at WeRobotics, where she excels in designing and implementing comprehensive M&E frameworks to assess and enhance the impact of the organization’s initiatives. In her role, Uyangaa also provides tailored support to Flying Labs in crafting and executing their M&E strategies.
With a rich academic background, Uyangaa holds a Master’s degree in Development Evaluation and Management from IOB, University of Antwerp, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in International Relations from the National University of Mongolia and Applied Foreign Languages from the University Savoie Mont Blanc, all achieved with distinction. Her Master’s thesis, “Demystifying the Potential of Drone Technology for Development and Its Implications on Socio-Environmental Justice: Perspectives from the Global South,” underscores her expertise in leveraging technology for sustainable development.
Fluent in English, French, and Mongolian, Uyangaa’s diverse career includes roles such as a Flying Labs Community Coordinator at WeRobotics, an intern at the International Telecommunication Union, and a freelance translator at Dale Carnegie Training Mongolia. Her commitment to social causes is reflected in her volunteer work with Amnesty International Mongolia.
Outside of her professional life, Uyangaa is an avid runner and yoga enthusiast, having completed a 16km half-marathon. She enjoys reading and hiking, finding inspiration in the natural world.
