Our Secret Sauce
In all we do, we are intentional about how we tackle our work. We call this "How" our secret sauce, made up of the following ingredients:

The model, co-created over the past 10 years, provides the underlying infrastructures to guide the “locally led, globally supported” direction. And it connects all parts, allowing them to work together like a living system, each one strengthening the others.
Cross-Cutting Enablers
Two enablers support the coherence and sustainability of our work across all components.

- Frameworks and blueprints allow for replication and translate experience into practical approaches that can be adapted and applied across different contexts, without imposing rigid models.
