Ndeye Maty Diop

Ndeye Maty Diop is a strategic leader with over 6 years of experience in entrepreneurial ecosystem development and program coordination across West Africa. She holds a Master's in Business Administration and Management from Bordeaux Ecole de Management and African Leadership University, with advanced studies in Banking Techniques & Finance.

Prior to joining WeRobotics, Maty led a cross-functional team at Concree to develop an innovative open entrepreneurial support platform. She also served as West Africa Partnerships Associate for African Leadership University's School of Wildlife Conservation and managed incubation programs for over 30 entrepreneurs at Impact Hub Dakar.

Maty is passionate about employability in Africa, women's empowerment, and sustainable development. She launched several impactful initiatives including Taboo Talks and Green Spirit, and was recognized as one of American Councils' Most Impactful Alumni in Senegal among 100,000 globally in 2024.

At WeRobotics, Maty facilitates knowledge sharing across the Flying Labs Network and helps improve coordination processes. Her trilingual fluency in French, English, and Wolof enhances her ability to bridge communities and foster partnerships throughout Africa.
