Report cover Glocalization Model2

We are thrilled to publish our latest report, in which we tell the story of our Glocalization Model so far. Developed through years of practice and co-creation with the Flying Labs Network, the Model is our practical and proven approach to social impact that is locally led and globally supported — an alternative to local isolation and global dominance. It creates a decentralized structure within which local actors can connect with peers in similar contexts and with global platforms, partners, and resources to co-create, replicate, scale, and adapt solutions. With this comes the clarity to keep a network aligned while leaving enough flexibility for local innovation and ownership to flourish.

Today, the Model remains at the heart of all our work, guiding how we approach everything, because it gives us a clear path to trust, accountability, and the kind of radical collaboration that can spring up from that. To date, four organizations working across different areas of international development have adopted it, providing us with valuable insights into how the Model translates beyond our own sector.

We invite you to read the report now to explore our journey with the Model, what we have learned about how it works, and what it makes possible for social impact organizations willing to try a different approach to localization.
